DECEASED ESTATE CLEARANCES

  • A living room cluttered with various items including a red sofa, a green armchair, a keyboard, a printer, and multiple storage boxes. There are papers, electronic devices, and miscellaneous objects scattered throughout, with a shelf and picture frames on the wall in the background.

When someone passes away, clearing a home can feel overwhelming - both emotionally and practically. Knowing where to start, what to keep, what to donate, and how to manage a house full of belongings during an already stressful time can be incredibly difficult.

Our team can help guide you through the process - including identifying what may be valuable, what could be passed on to family or others in need, and what may simply need to be removed. We understand it can be hard to know where to begin, especially when everything carries memories or meaning.

We can assist with sorting, rubbish removal, donation drop-offs, and full property clear-outs, always treating both the home and belongings with respect and care.

Where possible, we do our best to pass on usable household items to families in need through our partnership with Work and Income New Zealand, helping ensure items can continue to serve others in the community.

Every estate is different, and we approach each situation with compassion, discretion, and practical support.
